Still in the carton if the Tories had their way. Last week they didn't want just any "Tom, Dick and Harry" going to university and now they want to rob primary school children of their free school breakfasts.
On the very morning First Minister Carwyn Jones was launching the 1000th breakfast club in Wales - the Tories came out against the scheme and called for it to be scrapped!
The Tory plan to cut free breakfasts shows once again how they are still out of touch with the lives of everyday people in Wales. Teachers right across Wales are telling us that the scheme is having a hugely positive impact on children. Not only do they get a healthy, nourishing meal at the start of the day, it helps keep them bright and alert for morning lessons.
This is just another example of the mean, unfair Tories showing their true colours. On Sunday David Cameron does a u-turn on spending, saying there won't be immediate "swingeing cuts" and on Monday, Tories in Wales say they want to rob food from infants. Anyone else reminded of a certain "milk-snatcher"?
Clearly its okay for that "milk-snatcher" to have her eggs (all 28 of them) morning, noon and night but not for children in Wales.
